Super Mario World 2 Yoshi Island is an original Mario title released back in the mid 90s for the SNES home console as a prequel for the Mario games series. This game is the second installment of the Super Mario World series yet it kind of reverses things by featuring Baby Mario as the main character. Baby Mario helped by the friendly little green dinosaur called Yoshi and his friends must complete a series of challenges and puzzles in order to save his older brother Baby Luigi from the hands of Baby Bowsers minions that kidnapped him. Your goal inside each level is to protect Baby Mario from falling off Yoshi back while dealing with enemies and obstacles until the he reaches safe to the checkpoint.
